Hanger 658 at the Moody Air Force Base – November 2016

Life Safety Designs Inc. recently completed the fire alarm replacement/renovation of Hanger 658 at the Moody Air Force Base. The new integrated fire alarm and mass notification system to comply with UFC and base requirements.

The New Apple Store at the Town Center – November 2016

Life Safety Designs Inc. will provide all low-voltage and communication cable infrastructure for the new Apple Store located at the Town Center in Jacksonville, FL.

Baptist Medical Center South – October 2016

Life Safety Designs Inc. will continue expansion of the Notifer campus fire alarm network as Baptist expands their South Jacksonville, FL campus with the additions of Tower C, a new parking garage and multiple space renovations/additions. The network will encompass several thousand addressable points.

Amazon Distribution Center – October 2016

Life Safety Designs has been awarded the contract to provide a new networked Notifier fire alarm solution for a 1.2 million sqft distribution center that will be located in Jacksonville, FL.

Central Florida Commuter Rail Line – September 2016

Life Safety Designs Inc. has been selected to be the low voltage integration contractor of the final phase of the Center Florida Commuter Rail Line. Life Safety Designs Inc. was also the original contractor for the initial phase of this project. The work will include IP CCTV, Passenger Assist phones, emergency communications and all low voltage cabling to all systems on the train platform.

National Park Service – Big Cypress Preserve

Life Safety Designs has completed the installation of a Notifier fire alarm system for a sizeable maintenance and storage facility located at the Big Cypress Preserve.  This work was completed for the National Park Service.

Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross – December 2015

Life Safety Designs is pleased to announce we have been awarded a contract to install a new fire alarm system for Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross (Georgia).  The Notifier network-based system will be installed campus-wide and will include graphic workstations.

Ronald McDonald House in Jacksonville – November 2015

Working with Danis Construction and Miller Electric, Life Safety Designs is in the process of completing fire alarm system upgrades and additions for the Ronald McDonald House in Jacksonville. Northeast Florida Regional Transportation Management Center – October 2015

Working with Charles Perry Partners, Inc., Life Safety Designs has completed the installation of access control, intercom, and fire alarm systems for the newly constructed Northeast Florida Regional Transportation Management Center in Jacksonville, Florida.

Mayo Clinic of Jacksonville – Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation – September 2015

Life Safety Designs has completed fire alarm system replacements for two buildings at the Mayo Clinic of Jacksonville.  The Birdsall and Griffin Buildings have been retrofitted with new Notifier IP-based fire alarm panels and Notifier life safety devices.  Voice Evacuation was installed in the buildings for future mass notification capabilities across the campus.
